Complete Meeting Packages (CMP)
The CMP is the simplest and most convenient way to plan your meeting. Every CMP includes:
Morning and Afternoon Breaks
Basic AV with LCD projector and screen
Meeting Room Rentals
If your meeting includes half-day sessions, you will not be
charged for unused portions of the CMP.

For events less than 1-1/2 days, use the "One Day Meeting" form.
For events over 3 days, use the "Complex Meeting" form!
By clicking "Submit," you are authorizing WHERE2 Meetings & Events to initiate a search of available venues for your meeting or event according to the information you've provided. Within 72 hours you will receive a written report with available venues and preliminary pricing based on your specifications. WHERE2 Meetings & Events will be acting as your exclusive Agent of Record for this event and, as such, we request that you refrain from soliciting bids from suppliers for this event during the search period to avoid conflicting bids.
No fees are due until you accept a proposed venues from WHERE2 Meetings & Events. Therefore, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group using our services without the actual intent or ability to complete the transaction.
